Condition: These appliances have been functionally and safety tested and are in good working order. Being used appliances they will show wear and other signs of use. Visit our salesroom in Devizes to view.

Delivery: We charge up to £10 for delivery within Wiltshire. If we are replacing an appliance, we can remove your old appliance for an additional charge of £5.

Payment: Cash on delivery or on collection are accepted. Cheque, credit and debit card payments are not accepted. Charities and established organizations can be invoiced ~ by arrangement only.

Collection of appliances: We recommend that the larger and heavier appliances are delivered by us rather than collected. Accidental damage often results from loading and transporting appliances.

Warranty: Appliances are supplied with a three month warranty. Refurbiz reserves the right to repair, replace or refund at our discretion. See conditions below: Please note: no warranty is given on Goods collected or transported by the Client or a third party.

Conditions:

Refurbiz warrants that the Goods are in good working order and safety tested. The warranty period is three months from the date of delivery.

Description of the Goods:

'Used': Faults and poor cosmetic condition that exceed ‘normal wear and tear’ shall be stated in the description of the Goods.
'In good working order': The Goods shall have passed all major function testing.

Claims Under Warranty

Claims shall be valid only if all the conditions following are fulfilled:

The Goods are faulty or non-compliant and this can be demonstrated. The buyer shall take all reasonable steps to confirm that the Goods are faulty or non-compliant before making a claim under warranty.
The Goods have been used in accordance with good practice and Refurbiz's instructions, and have not been misused or damaged.
Repair or modification has not been attempted.

The buyer is asked to contact us by phone to make a claim under the warranty. The buyer should only return the Goods with our agreement.
